Pulp Fiction for me was one of the most influential works of cinema and the game would have the simplest arguments, establishing the style "la Tarantino. The film portrays three linked stories that follow the adventures of two killers cheap (John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson), suggestive of his boss's wife (Uma Thurman) and a desperate fugitive boxer (Bruce Willis). However, the secret lies in the originality with which Quentin Tarantino did.
The film does not follow a chronologically correct time, mixing three different stories that sometimes are interlaced.
Each scene can be merely confusing, with brilliant performances by the cast and especially through photography of the film. Every scene, every part of the script, each interpretation is full of references to the violent culture of the 90s, with weapons and drugs.
The characters that stand out throughout the movie turn out to be Vincent Vega (John Travolta) and Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman) and Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson). Focussing mainly on Uma Thurman in the role of a woman cunningly intelligent and sensual, which forms one of the best pairs of cinema, along with John Travolta.
Quentin Jerome Tarantino (Knoxville, March 27, 1963) is a director, actor and screenwriter of the United States of America. He quickly rose to fame in early 1990 for screenplays nonlinear, memorable dialogue and the use of violence brought new life to the pattern of family films Americans.
He is the most famous young directors behind the independent film revolution of 90 years, becoming known for his verbosity, his encyclopedic knowledge of movies, both popular and considered the "art cinema".
Dance that worked. If you do not know, take time to learn.
