Sex Pistols

 The Sex Pistols are an iconic punk rock band, formed in 1975 in London. It is considered one of the greatest punk rock bands in history, next to Ramones (the band forerunner of the movement) and The Clash.

The Sex Pistols emerged in an environment conducive to the birth of punk culture. Malcolm McLaren was one of the most responsible for the spread of punk-rock in the United Kingdom. McLaren's story starts to get interesting in 71, when it opened the Let It Rock, a clothing store for the new generation of teddy boys - offspring of the original gang that emerged back in 53. Since then, McLaren became a celebrity among musicians and modern Londoners.
