Silvio Santos Group comprises 37 companies, with about twenty thousand employees, including the Urn of Happiness, the store chain's Chest, Leadership Capitalisation (which operates the Tele-Seine), Hotel Jequitimar and agricultural ventures, The Banco Panamericano received offers to buy in 2004 and 2005 financial groups in Brazil and abroad, but Silvio Santos has not relinquished his business.
